The Process
For most projects, the process starts with a free estimate based on our conversation with you. We ask a lot of questions to understand your needs and to understand who needs to be involved to successfully complete your project. Once you are ready to move forward, you will make a 50% downpayment so that we can get ordering materials and scheduling your job.
Among other talents, our team consists of experts in permitting, which can be intimidating and time-consuming, but Case Construction and Roofing takes care of these details for you — to get the job done right. We also schedule any professionals who need to be part of the project, including architects and engineers.
As a client, you will be ahead of the curve if you are prepared with specific ideas of what you’re looking for (Houzz and Pinterest can be great starting points). Depending on the project, you may also need to be prepared with funding and a good window to get the job done.
